By purchasing products on flowersinmaine.com you agree to be bound by and accept this agreement. Orders are not binding until accepted by Fleur De Lis. Fleur De Lis will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by email and/or by shipping you the ordered items.

All prices set forth on our website will be honored (pricing listed is in US Dollars). Confirmation of order including all costs will be provided via email. Descriptions of all products, and shipping/handling charges are subject to change without notice.

NEED TO CHANGE/CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

If you submit an order but then find you need to change the products ordered, or change the contact information/addresses given or to cancel your order, please contact us by calling 1-207-799-4458 within 24 hours of placing the order. Once order has shipped, you may be subject to fees for any requested changes.

RETURN POLICY

Our flowers and plants are perishable items and therefore are not able to be returned.

CREDITS

After the cancellation has been received at our Fleur De Lis, please allow up to 10 business days to process the credit. Refund will be made to the original credit card used for purchase whenever possible.
